1. Overview
Social Media Content Kits provides downloadable digital templates and planning resources for creators, freelancers, and small businesses. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital Product Scope
Our products may include PDFs, CSV files, spreadsheet templates, worksheets, content calendars, caption planning resources, report templates, and similar digital files. No physical goods are shipped. No custom services are included unless expressly stated in writing.
3. No Social Media Promotion Services
We do not sell followers, likes, views, ads, account promotion, social media growth services, managed marketing, or posting services. We do not request account passwords, tokens, or access to social media accounts. The buyer is responsible for using the templates in their own workflow.
4. License and Permitted Use
A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for your own personal or internal business planning. You may adapt the templates for your own work, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or package the files as a competing template product.
5. Checkout and Delivery
Payments are processed through a secure checkout provider. After successful payment, digital files are delivered through the checkout receipt, delivery email, or download instructions shown after purchase. Please contact support if delivery does not arrive or a link does not work.
6. Refunds
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund for duplicate purchases, delivery failures we cannot resolve, or other reasonable support issues. See the Refund Policy for more details.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and adapting any planning materials before use. We do not guarantee social media outcomes, business performance, platform acceptance, or audience response.
8. Intellectual Property
The product files, page content, design elements, and supporting materials are owned by Social Media Content Kits or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Support
For support, email support@boostlabsapp.com. Include your order email, product name, and a description of the issue so we can locate the purchase and help efficiently.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or products after changes means you accept the updated terms.
